Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), Paypal and Apple Pay. 

You won’t need a PayPal account in order to pay with your credit or debit card through PayPal. But if you already have a PayPal account, you can also pay with your PayPal balance.

I have a problem while making payment, what should I do?

Please contact us with as much information about your order and payment as possible, and we’ll try our best to fix the issue.

Is your payment process secure?

Yes! We do not store your credit card data on our website, all credit card payments are handled on secure servers. Your information is 100% safe.

Which phone models do you have cases for?

We make cases for the full range of iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy range.

What are these cases made of?

Our cases are made of a semi rigid, shatterproof hard plastic. The artwork is printed deep into the surface of the case and all around the case, edge to edge.

Are these cases drop-proof, water-proof?

Our Standard range is not drop proof, they intended more for their aesthetics. But they will also protect your phone from moderate drops and daily wear and tear in a normal lifestyle. The surface of the case doesn’t easily get scratched and the print won’t peel off or fade over time. 

If you look for a highly protective case that can withstand sharp objects, major drops, and heavy impacts then we have a more protective option that can be ordered via the site by entering 'protective case required' into the special instructions box in the shopping cart. Please note, we offer the protetcive case for iphone 8 plus, iphone 7 plus, iphone 6 plus, iphone 8, iphone 7 and iphone 6/6s. We will soon be adding for iphone X

All of our cases are individually printed with personal attention and care in Warwickshire, England.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide. Free shipping is available for the UK and for many international destinations. View our shipping & delivery details here

Due to carrier limitation, we are unable to offer free shipping to all international destinations as we have found they do not arrive with this option. For these countries we exclusively offer a door to door express delivery service that is full tracked. Prices can be viewed in the checkout stage of the purchase.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Delivery time depends on destination and selected shipping method. UK shipping generally takes 4-7 working days. Europe generally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive and Rest of world takes 2-4 weeks. Please note, for international deliveries using the free shipping option, the timescales can sometimes increase.
